Rollover, Transfer and Event Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you can no longer race for ANY reason, we are not offering refunds in any capacity. We will however, rollover your entry if you contact us by May 31st, 2021. You may also change distances to a shorter distance for no fee anytime before July 1st.
In the event that the True North Triathlon Festival is cancelled due to COVID of AHS Guidelines we are offering partial refunds depending on when you register.
Register in December and guarantee 80% of your race fees back
should True North Triathlon Festival get cancelled.
Register in January and guarantee 70% of your race fees back
should True North Triathlon Festival get cancelled.
Register in February and guarantee 60% of your race fees back
should True North Triathlon Festival get cancelled.
Register in March and guarantee 50% of your race fees back
should True North Triathlon Festival get cancelled.
Register in April and guarantee 40% of your race fees back
should True North Triathlon Festival get cancelled.
Register in May and guarantee 30% of your race fees back
should True North Triathlon Festival get cancelled.
Register in June and guarantee 20% of your race fees back
should True North Triathlon Festival get cancelled.
We will not be issuing any refund percentage if you register after June 30th.
